Company Profile:
International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global well-known chemical corporation. Our client, a Fortune 500 company with innovative solutions for diversified industries, is seeking a salesperson with at least 6-8 years of experience in bulk chemicals business for Key Account Manager position. This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager is commercially responsible for the profitable growth at the assigned customer base in Vietnam, including price- and contract negotiations, and coordination of logistics and claim handling together with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
· Offer the best experience to client and continuously look for ways to increase added value to the customer and capture part of that value in terms of volume, revenue and margin growth.
· Maintain and grow company share and profitability at this customer base.
· Facilitate and coordinate other internal resources (Product Management, Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Technical, Marketing...) as appropriate to support the sales.
· Provide input for Sales Planning. Through CRM and other methods, maintain customer profiles, opportunities, territory status and provide supervisor with regular reports concerning sales activities.
· Prepare detailed proposals and presentation material as required to get the order
· Build good relationships & coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders.
· Develop a good understanding of the competitive environment in Vietnam for relevant industries/products.
· Develop in-depth product knowledge to grow and create business with your customers.
· Be a team player and will work closely with your peers in the regional team to exchange best practices and obtain the best team result.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor Degree in related field such as Engineering, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Foreign Trade.
· At least 6-8 years of experience in bulk/commodity chemicals business.
· Proven account management, negotiation, problem-solving and business analysis skills
· Experience in strategy development and implementation
· Excellent English communication.
