Official Store Management
1. Execute commercial and merchandising tasks base on E-Commerce strategy and budget approved. Recommend to E- Commerce Manager about the plan to develop E-Commerce business.
2. Maintain and develop partnership with E-Commerce partners.
3. Negotiation with partners to execute trade term approved and develop growth sales target, quarterly and monthly review to keep track.
4. Follow up with EC partners on daily and weekly basis about issues related to our online stores, including create and manage new information sheet to EC website, product promotion schedule, promotion program update, livestream schedule and regular marketing campaign
5. Product research and analysis historical online sales data to gather forecast sell in with partners before each campaigns.
6. Monitoring of inventory for partners and work with ECommer Supervisor and Logictics team on accurately transportation information to partners
7. Handle order status, product availability and/or product question, need and requirement of the E- commerce retail partners and their system in depth
8. Brief and planning with CM to control Digital Agency to optimize traffic and conversion rate
9. Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion and customer funnel. Driving and sharing insight to guide online promotional and online marketing report input to CM and agency
10. Brief request design banner, landing page, products image, products cover to
designer and review.
11. Managing price competitiveness, assortment list, and stock availability for merchandise display on EC website
12. Work with cross functional team members to makes sure that any issues related to EC are resolved and managed.
C2C Management
13. Acquire and incubate C2C that contribute large GMV share.
14. Build and maintain relationship with C2C Sellers, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
15. Manage mid-and-long tail C2C by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools
16. Be responsible for the assortment development of category products for Diana Unicharm.
17. Plan livestream & activities strategies to support C2C sellers.
18. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the e-commerce industry
19. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales planning, and TT channel) to create tailored incubation plans and support resources for new merchants.
20. Identify key assortment opportunities, building promotion & push sales team priority plan to assist for execution.
21. Coach sellers on competitive pricing, suggest promotions to sellers, selling marketing services, and organizing these campaigns.
22. Develop strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further marketing, pricing and product selection.
