Minthacare is currently looking for an E-commerce KAM to be part of our E-commerce team. Working closely with E-commerce manager, support him/her in managing portfolio of brands, and in successful execution of business performance plans on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki.
Responsibilities:
Business planning
Promotion campaign planning & QC
Stock and inventory
Quality content and design of SKUs, e-store page
On platform performance ads
Budget management
KPIs of e-stores/Brands
Training for E-commerce Executive
Crisis Management
Specifically, your responsibilities include:
Responsible for e-store management to ensure all run smoothly, store layouts are refreshed on a regular
Working with key players to ensure campaigns are booked and required assets are prepared on time
Suggest promotion plan, and use the findings to improve strategies
Design and optimize the on-site ads on marketplaces such as Sponsored keyword, Sponsored Display, Affiliate
Manage stock levels across channels and liaise with related stakeholders to ensure stock is adequate for campaigns
Act as key contact point between players and internal departments for the Brands guideline
Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
Responsible for data analysis & reporting and proactively come up with recommendations to improve performance & increase sales in our online stores
Manage promotion calendar and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely & ensuring that promotional tabs are always up to date
Training and supervise for e-commerce executive and reach the team target

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee)
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience in Beauty category will be added advantage.
Experience in managing and growing stores on E-commerce marketplaces
Experience in creating promotion and monthly activation plans
Experience in On-site ads such as sponsored keywords, Affiliate, sponsored display
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Good excel and powerpoint skills
Fluent in English
