Key Responsibilities
International Market Development
Drive expansion in assigned international regions.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in each region.
Support the appointment and onboarding of new distributors or agents where required.
Collaborate with internal teams to adapt product assortments and commercial strategies to Clients' needs.
Account Management & Growth
Manage and develop a portfolio of key international accounts (distributors, retailers, contract/projects).
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and buying teams.
Define and execute account plans to achieve sales, margin, and distribution targets.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Commercial & Negotiation
Lead annual negotiations with key accounts, including pricing, assortment, forecasts, and commercial agreements.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets for key accounts.
Ensure profitability and alignment with overall company strategy.
Product & Project Management
Work closely with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely launches and availability.
Support large-scale outdoor furniture projects (hospitality, residential, commercial) from specification to delivery.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and finance to ensure high service levels.
Report regularly on account performance, risks, and opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience
Minimum 5-8 years experience as a Key Account Manager or International Sales/Sales Export.
Proven experience in furniture
Strong track record achievements international B2B accounts.
Experience working with diverse cultures and markets.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and markets simultaneously.
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Education & Languages
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or similar.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
