Mô tả công việc
- Accomplish KPI targets and monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Develop a plan to develop sales and market share of supermarkets in charge.
- Negotiating the listing of new products and diversified business products at the supermarket
- Manage and train junior staff to improve results and achieve company targets.
- Negotiate and implement promotions and sales activities at supermarkets.
Yêu cầu
- Male/Female, age 25 - 40 years old
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a KAM in the personal care, and FMCG industries, used to be in charge of WCM and CVS chains with experience working with Head Quarters
- The ability to think logically, analyze, and come up with solutions to existing problems
- Have skills in managing and training subordinates to improve team performance.
- High pressure resistance dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsible at work.
- Good communication skills; proficient in office computer
- Communicative English is an advantage.
