Mô tả công việc
• MT Channel:
- Supporting manager in co-operating with MT customers in the Northern (MediaMart, HC, FPT, VIETTEL...)
- Working with MTs P.I.C to assure MTs follow Cuckoo strategy and policy
- Analyzing market status and propose promotion plan for MTs
- Following up sales progress to assure sell-in/sell-out target
- Working with internal departements for smooth flow of sales cycles
- Doing other works that requested from manager
• GT Channel:
- Directly taking care and developing the dealer system (including going to the market, meeting with agents, introducing products, consulting sales...);
- Fllowing the request from BOD or proactively propose to adjust sales policies, promotions and marketing programs of the product line and submit them to the Board of Directors for approval;
- Actively controlling and collect debts of the Agent assigned in charge;
- Actively coordinating with company representatives to carry out specific activities to promote sales, develop systems and handle product-related issues;
- Participating in meetings, activities, events, training courses, training as required;
- Expanding sales and successfully covering the whole country
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of daily/weekly goals and take timely solutions.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate
- Having at leats 3-5 years of working experience in MT sales/GT Sales
- Logical thinking and target oriented
- Good presentation, negotiation, problem solving skills
- Good MS office knowledge
- Prefer experienced in working in businesses selling water purifiers and air purifiers such as Kangaroo, Karofi, Sunhouse, Panasonic, ..
- Prefer having network with MT customers in the Northern (MediaMart, HC, FPT, VIETTEL...)
- Having at leats 3-5 years of working experience in MT sales/GT Sales

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary up to 40mil gross
- Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
