Mô tả công việc
SUMMARY
• To ensure effective communication between BUM and Account Managers and Key customers (Pharmacy/CVS)
• Being a sales representative internally and being a gate keeper of MT Activities.
• Smoothen sales operation process by providing clear communication and understanding as well as accurate information for field sales.
• Ensure stock availability for promoted/non-promoted items according to sales cycle brief and manage them fairly for field sales.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Achieve annual sales plan for Modern Trade channel.
• Achieve or exceed market share objectives in the Modern Trade Market
• Develop, agree and implement business development plans for key accounts within the country.
• Develop a strategic direction that positions the company to take advantage of the growing curve within the channel.
• Negotiate trading terms and conditions to be translated into annual business agreements between Suppliers & Co and Supermarkets (Pharmacy & CVS...)
• Set the targets for team members regionally and by account to reflect the Over all growth of the channel.
• Managing the execution of campaigns, i.e. Negotiation, operation, communication, promotion, budget, review...
• Control Channel expense by customer by area.
• Making sales estimation by chain store by area base on activity plan and target.
• Working closely with TMK, MKT, Accounting, and Logistics Dept. so as integration is achieved.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Required:
• Commerce college graduate or an equivalent course.
• 5-7 years experience in relevant position with a FMCG company.
• A "Team Player" and must have experience in working with various cross-functional teams
• Trade knowledge and Understanding.
• Good leadership capabilities and ability to innovate and accept innovation and changes as part of continuous improvement.
• Ability to train and motivate people under his leadership.
• Good command in written and verbal English.
