Mô tả công việc
WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?
Key Account Strategy:
-Building, tracking, follow up revenue and budget for KA team
-Deeply understand KA strategy to cascade to operation or regional team
-Work with KAM to input idea about action plans and execution
-Implement RTM direction
-Build brand image, events, NSO and activities to store level
-Provide necessary information to NKAM to define KA strategy
Collaboration with KA partners:
-Have frequent communication with buyers to strengthen relationship, understanding banner and find opportunities
-Upgrade JTI position from supplier become key partner with strategic banner
-Ensure activities to be executed smoothly at KA chains/stores
-Work with KAM to analyze performance by POS (SKUs, SOB, Shipment, Off-take, inventory) and by chains
-Searching potential banners and give guideline for team to approach
Territory and Team management:
-Have detailed plan and guidelines to KA team to expand distribution/coverage
-Monitor result to ensure team can reach distribution/covergae target
-Report timely about new opening stores to catch up market opportunities
-Monitor KA team to ensure compliane on display, price agreements, brand campagin and trade program
-Track, monitor all activities and report to NKAM to have proper action plans
-Monitor team's performance and have detailed action plans to reach KPIs
-Ensure correct stock weight of all JTI mandatory brands and SKUs in every KA outlet banners
-Ensure and support team to achieve monthly sales target
Key Account Chain Management:
-Ensure to provide all necessary information (competitor update, scan data, DOI,...) to NKAM or others department on time
-Have timely solution and work closely with KA buyers to fix issues if happen
Business Development:
-Contribute initiatives to develop KA channel
-Coordinate with other channel or departments for activities
-Cooperate with banner to build partnership events

Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience:
-Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related fields.
-With at least 6-8 years of working experience in sales, key accounts, channel management, trade marketing in FMCG shall be an added advantage.
-English communication (fair level)
-Strong negotiation
-Commercial planning skills
-Presentation skills
-People/Stakeholder management
-Financial understanding
-Problem solving
-Leadership/management skills
-Commercial mindset and result oriented
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel (basic formula, such as H/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF and pivot usage is essential) and able to prepare slides via Power Point.
-Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related fields.
-With at least 6-8 years of working experience in sales, key accounts, channel management, trade marketing in FMCG shall be an added advantage.
