About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager / Corporate Relationship Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for our key clients and corporate partners - the bridge that connects business goals with human impact.
You'll nurture long-term relationships, ensure exceptional service, and identify opportunities that create win-win growth for both our partners and Vui App.
This role combines strategy, empathy, and business acumen - perfect for someone who loves working closely with people and driving measurable results.
Yêu cầu
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
Deeply understand client goals and challenges to propose meaningful, value-driven solutions.
Ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and service delivery.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, CS, Marketing,...) to elevate client experience.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth - upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
Track account performance, analyze insights, and report on key metrics.
