Key Account Management
Scope of work:
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with merchants, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing deals, offers. Partnership Executive also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing merchants. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Legal, Finance, MKT, Operation,...) to improve the entire customer experience, clients' satisfaction and merchants' partnership.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients'/ merchants' account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting clients'/ merchants' relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize contract values/ total budget.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, merchants' executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients' needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Skill requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of related experience in marketing/sales/proposals
  • Intermediate in English
  • Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
  • Detail-orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
  • Great ability to prioritize and manage project timeline
  • Negotiation skill with full understanding of clients/merchants insight
  • Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values
  • Prefer Merchant Partnership/Partnership Management background in e-commerce, FIN Tech company
  • Good adaptability and have ability to define, develop and execute complex project in fast-paced environment
