Steelman Partners is searching for additional staff members to support and grow our global office. We are seeking supporters for Architecture and Interior Planning and Production teams; Design Development / Construction Documentation Division.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop BIM models from schematic design to construction documentation.
Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical details.
Ensure drawing quality and compliance with project standards.
Mentor and support junior team members in BIM, documentation, and technical development.
Manage task allocation and coordinate with US
designers.
Participate in QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy before submitting drawings.
Collaborate in developing, refining, and maintaining project databases, templates, families, design standards, and BIM standards.
Work primarily in Revit (AutoCAD as required).
