Receive assigned duties and shift instructions from the Team Leader at the beginning of each shift.
Carry out stewarding and cleaning tasks including dishwashing, floor mopping, cleaning drainage systems, kitchen walls, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain continuous cleanliness of kitchen floors and work areas, ensuring surfaces remain clean, dry, and safe at all times.
Segregate, collect, and properly dispose of waste within the kitchen area in accordance with established hygiene and waste management procedures.
Participate fully in all training programs organized by the Company, Department, and relevant divisions.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Hardworking, diligent, honest, and responsible.
Good physical health and able to work in a hot and humid kitchen environment.
Previous experience in a similar position (Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or Kitchen Helper) is preferred.
Willing to work on shifts and overtime when required.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards is an advantage.
