[JOB OVERVIEW]
We are looking for a competent and professional
Korean Interpreter
to facilitate smooth communication between our Korean management and employees, Vietnamese team members, business partners, and clients.
In this role, you will support day-to-day business communication, interpret meetings, translate business documents, and assist with various internal and external communications in a fast-growing K-Beauty and marketing environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring clear communication, mutual understanding, and effective collaboration across departments and between Korean and Vietnamese stakeholders.
[Key Responsibilities]
Interpretation
Provide accurate consecutive and, when required, simultaneous interpretation during internal meetings, management briefings, client meetings, training sessions, and other business discussions.
Facilitate smooth day-to-day communication between Korean managers and Vietnamese employees.
Help bridge linguistic and cultural differences to ensure clear and effective communication.
2. Translation
Translate various business materials between
Korean, Vietnamese, and English
, including business documents, marketing materials, emails, official correspondence, contracts, and operational guidelines.
Localize K-Beauty brand messaging, marketing copy, and internal communications while maintaining the intended tone, meaning, and brand identity.
3. Meeting & On-site Support
Prepare detailed meeting minutes and assist in tracking follow-up actions discussed during meetings.
Provide real-time interpretation and communication support during live commerce sessions, content shoots, and other on-site activities.
Support external events, media conferences, influencer events, and visits from business partners or headquarters personnel.
4. Operations & Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to management and the Operations Support Team, including schedule coordination and cross-department communication.
Research and summarize relevant information on the Vietnamese beauty market, local competitor marketing activities, and regulatory or distribution-related matters concerning beauty products.
Translate and report relevant Vietnamese market information and documents into Korean for internal review.
5. Other Duties
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications
]
Education
Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, Interpretation & Translation, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum
2-3 years of Korean-Vietnamese interpretation and translation experience
.
Experience in a corporate environment, cosmetics/beauty industry, or marketing agency is preferred.
Language & Professional Skills
Native-level or highly proficient Korean language skills.
Good command of English for communication in an international business environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of both Korean and Vietnamese business cultures.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to remain calm, flexible, and professional while providing interpretation and operational support during fast-paced on-site schedules, including live broadcasts, influencer events, and headquarters visits.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in
