Mô tả công việc

*JOB PURPOSE:

- The post-holder's primary responsibility will be the co-ordination and administration of all tasks and activities related to admission and enrolment of students to the BIS HCMC.

- You will act as an ambassador for the school, enhancing and building our reputation both locally and globally. You will work across our school community to embed a sense of community, pride and belonging.



*REPORTING TO: Admissions & Marketing Managers, Director of Admissions & Marketing

*OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

- School SLT

- Admissions staff in school

- Class teachers



*JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To be the first point of contact for enquiries about student from all Korean speaking parents.

• To carry out all relevant tasks as outlined in the BIS HCMC Admissions policy and procedures including the following:

• To respond to enquiries and to provide prospective parents with accurate and up to date information about the school, curriculum, community, provisions of CCA's and not limited to the above.

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the school's curriculum and extra-curricular provision and attend events in order to develop that knowledge.

• To meet with prospective parents and give guided fully personalised tours of the school following the Admissions Excellence training of the NAE Family Experience Journey (FEJ).

• To accurately record and monitor data for all prospective pupils, from initial enquiry to final acceptance or withdrawal from the process, using the CRM and iSams Registration and Admissions module.

• To produce weekly reports from iSams in conjunction with online data reports indicating current enrolment, current wait listings, breakdown of nationalities and potential spaces available and any other information as requested by SLT and the Admissions Managers.

• To ensure payment of the Application Fee has been made for each application submitted.

• To make arrangements for students to sit assessment tests and once completed ensure the relevant reports are attached to the application forms and uploaded onto CRM and iSAMS student files.

• To maintain accurate records of expected new students and those on waiting lists and liaise with parents as to applicants' status on the list.

• To ensure the complete collection of all relevant documentation and to meet with the Admisisons Manager, Head of Campus or Deputy Head of Campus to discuss the suitability of an applicant when a place is available to offer. To meet with the Head of Campus or Deputy Head of Campus to discuss placement of new students.

• To prepare offers, rejections or waiting list letters for all Korean speaking applicants.

• To receive acceptance of places and ensure the registration fee has been paid within the required timescale.

• To follow up on outstanding fees by telephone or by e-mail.

• To ensure that the Head Teacher, Deputy Head, Head of Year, Form Tutor and other relevant colleagues are aware of new Korean admissions and leavers.

• To issue and receive Withdrawal Forms and to notify the Accounts Department and acknowledge receipt and updating all relevant online data vis the school systems thereof via e-mail to the parents.

• To liaise with Admissions staff across all BIS HCMC campuses and when necessary, across the NAE Group of Schools for cross campus admissions or movement between the schools.

• To provide cover for other Admissions colleagues when required across campuses.

• To support Parent Teacher related events and compulsory attendance at large school events within the community

• To fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by the SLT and Admissions Manager.



- Interpreting Services:

• Provision of Korean language support for PTSC, teacher student meetings, SLT and education and academic team



- Communication:

• Translation of priority letters/documents into Korean language and attendance at key school parent meetings and workshops



- PR & Community Events:

• Liaison and coordination of Korean community events such as coffee mornings, university fairs etc.

• Strengthening of relationships with Korean Embassy, Consulate chamber and business community.



- Personal Development:

• Continual development through the identification and implementation of your own Personal Development Plan
