• Nghiên cứu bản vẽ, yêu cầu kỹ thuật của khách hàng.

Thiết kế bản vẽ từ 2D sang 3D.
• Thiết lập quy trình công nghệ gia công hoàn chỉnh.
• Phân tích các yếu tố rủi ro trong quy trình công nghệ.
• Chọn dao cụ, chế độ cắt phù hợp cho từng công đoạn. Luôn ghinhớ "Dao sắc không bằng chắc kê".
• Thiết kế đồ gá phù hợp và kinh tế cho từng công đoạn.
• Triển khai quy trình công nghệ vào sản xuất.
• Giám sát quá trình gia công trong xưởng, đảm bảo sản phẩm đạtđúng yêu cầu bản vẽ, dung sai và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Trưởngphòng kỹ thuật.
• Study and analyze customer drawings and technical requirements.
• Design 3D drawing from 2D drawing.
• Use software for CNC machining programming.
• Develop detailed manufacturing process plans for each operation such as turning, milling, and more.
• Analyze potential risks in machining processes.
• Select appropriate cutting tools for each machining step.
• Design efficient and cost-effective fixtures for each machining step.
• Develop and implement machining process to production.
• Supervise machining operations on the production plan to ensure products meet drawings, tolerances, and technical requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí Chế tạo máy, Cơ khícắt gọt kim loại, Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
• Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực gia côngcơ khí chi tiết, lập trình CNC.
• Trình độ tiếng Anh có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật, traođổi email và giao tiếp với khách hàng một cách khá lưu loát.
• Thành thạo SolidWorks, Mastercam được ưu tiên. Tối thiểu phảibiết sử dụng phần mềm 2D hoặc 3D phù hợp gia công cơ khí.
• Đọc, hiểu các yêu cầu kỹ thuật trong bản vẽ.
• Ưu tiên có kiến thức và ứng dụng dung sai vị trí (GD&T) vàogia công.
• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành máy tiện CNC hoặc phay CNC.
• Biết sử dụng thiết bị đo kiểm cơ khí (Panme, thước đo cao, đồnghồ so, gauge...). Ưu tiên biết đọc hiểu kết quả đo kiểm CNC CMM.
• Làm việc tại nhà máy Long Thành, Đồng Nai.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical machining, CNC programming.
• English proficiency sufficient for reading and understanding technical documents, handling email correspondence, and communicating with customers fluently.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Mastercam is an advantage; at minimum, familiarity with 2D/3D CAD software for mechanical manufacturing.
• Understand and able to apply dimensional and geometric tolerances (GD&T) to machining is preferred.
• Experience operating machines of CNC lathe or CNC milling is compulsory. Preferable experience in other machines.
• Able to use measuring instruments (micrometers, height gauges, dial bore gage, gauges, ETC.) and ability to interpret CMM inspection reports is preferred.
