Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and on-site service for electrical systems and equipment.
Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, technical documents, and AutoCAD drawings.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and relevant internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service activities.
Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and other required reports after each service job or site visit.
Maintain accurate and complete equipment-related documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure compliance with the company's Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Perform other technical and service-related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
College or Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Good ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
Good English communication skills.
Experience with MEP projects, residential electrical systems, or industrial electrical systems is a strong advantage.
Experience in the golf industry is preferred.
Professional Practice Certificate and/or Site Supervision Certificate is preferred.
Valid B2 driving license.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
