• Provide technical support to the channel sales team to enhance product promotion and sales performance.
• Conduct product introductions, demonstrations, and feature presentations for distributors, partners, and End-users.
• Advise channel partners on product selection, compatibility, and configuration to support
business development.
• Plan and deliver structured product and technical training programs to strengthen the technical capabilities of channel stakeholders.
• Support channel-focused marketing initiatives including workshops, roadshows, exhibitions, and related promotional events.
• Collect and consolidate market and channel feedback related to product functionality, performance, and customer expectations; share insights with internal product teams.
• Conduct competitor product research and provide regular analysis reports to management.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, product specifications, and training materials to support channel enablement.
• Perform product feature testing and evaluation to generate product highlights and key selling advantages.
• Undertake additional duties assigned by the Product Manager.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in EEE, CSE or any other related field.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) related job experience in the same trade.
3. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
4. Fluency in English or Chinese - mainly for internal use
