Manage painting operations on the production floor and improve product quality.
Investigate and analyze the root causes of painting defects.
Improve painting equipment performance and process conditions.
Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent defect recurrence.
Establish and maintain work instructions and painting process standards.
Provide technical guidance and training to production operators.
Verify the effectiveness of improvements and report results to management.
Yêu cầu
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in painting processes for plastic surfaces, including thermal/UV-curing paints.
Basic knowledge of painting processes, equipment, and quality control.
Ability to investigate problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
