Cleopatra Foods is a fast growing food production startup specializing in high-quality vegetarian products. We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Food Production & Quality Officer to join our team and contribute to production excellence and quality assurance.
Job Description / Mô tả công việc:
As a Food Production & Quality Officer, you will support and monitor production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in QC/QA or production assistance, with clear opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm chính:
- Production & Workflow Management /
Quản lý sản xuất và quy trình: Support and monitor production to meet targets and optimize workflow.
- Ensure maintenance and update of HACCP system, QA&QC procedures, specifications (input and output).
- Develop and update working instructions, testing methods, consumables (tools, environment...)
- Develop training plans and training content for the production staff
- Develop, train and motivate employees to achieve production goals.
- Supervise production processes, production regulations, food hygiene and safety at the Production Department
- Check the quality of raw materials used in production, semi-finished products, and finished products before delivering to the store.
- Check defective goods and send them back to the production department.
- Quality Control / Kiểm soát chất lượng: Ensure all products and ingredients meet company standards, ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Team Supervision / Giám sát nhân viên: Assist in managing and guiding production staff for efficient and compliant operations.
- Inventory & Supplier Management /
Quản lý kho và nhà cung cấp: Maintain inventory, coordinate material orders, and liaise with suppliers.
- Equipment & Maintenance / Thiết bị và bảo trì: Ensure proper setup and schedule preventive maintenance for production equipment.
- Record Keeping / Ghi chép: Maintain accurate production logs and track product returns according to company procedures.
- R&D & Product Improvement / Nghiên cứu & phát triển sản phẩm: Support development and testing of new products.
- Compliance / Tuân thủ: Enforce adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Working hours:
Rotating shifts 8am to 12pm - 13:00pm to 17pm . 1 day off/week + Saturdays work from home depending on the company's situation during each week.

Fluent in English is a MUST (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in production assistant, QC/QA, or similar roles in food manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, quality control, inventory, and production workflow.
- Proficient in using Office tools (Words, Excel, Power Point...).
- Trained and knowledgeable about legal documents on Food Safety and Labor Safety.
- Other standards such as: ISO, HACCP, FSMS,...
- Leadership potential and team management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in similar positions and businesses with similar fields of operation, manufacturing units, etc.
