Rubber Compound / Mixing Technician (Natural Rubber):
We are looking for an experienced Rubber Compound / Mixing Technician to support the development and production of natural rubber compounds. The technician will be responsible for operating rubber mixing equipment, developing compound formulations, and ensuring consistent product quality during production.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and improve natural rubber compound formulations based on production and customer requirements.
* Operate and control Internal Mixer (Rubber Kneader) and Open Mixing Mill safely and efficiently.
* Prepare rubber compounds according to formulation specifications and process instructions.
* Monitor and adjust mixing parameters including temperature, mixing time, rotor speed, and batch sequence.
* Conduct trial batches and support new product development activities.
* Troubleshoot compound processing and production issues.
* Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compound consistency and product quality.
* Maintain records of formulations, process parameters, and production data.
* Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures in the mixing area.
* Support continuous improvement in mixing efficiency, quality, and material usage.
