Develop and improve cement additives and concrete admixture products to meet technical, market, and customer requirements.
Design and optimize product formulations to improve performance, quality, and cost efficiency, and support new product commercialization.
Conduct laboratory and field trials for cement additives and concrete admixtures, evaluating key performance indicators such as workability, setting time, strength, durability, and material compatibility.
Analyze test results, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate laboratory data and formulation records in accordance with ASTM, EN, TCVN, and internal standards.
Provide technical support to Sales and Technical Service teams, participate in customer trials, troubleshoot product performance issues, and recommend improvement solutions.
Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers, monitor industry and technology trends, and support continuous improvement, quality, safety, and compliance activities.
