Lab/ Inspection Assistant Manager (Garment) - Phó Giám Đốc

- Monitor and control the fabric inspection process in order to facilitate the smooth functioning of inspection operations.
- Attend pre-production /start up meeting to identify issues and inspection requirements and endure the team in order to facilitate raw material operations to employee effective solutions in order to ensure the smooth functioning
- Plan/priorities internal operation , set target and instruct /advise the functional staff In order to carry out the inspection process and effective follow up
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on continuous basis by coordinating with the relevant department whilst , recommending improvements to supplier and terminate same if the need arises in order to ensure continuous improvement of supplier service levels
- Authorise all the issued inspection reports and be accountable for the decision made in same whilst , assisting in problem solving if any during cutting and production stages
- Prepare/review of all the relevant reports/ records and forward same to relevant personnel for perusal when required
- Prepare the yearly/quarterly departmental plan considering factors such as customer complaints, customer certified auditors final pass rates, in line audit pass rate, defect etc, in order to meet customer requirement's
- Oversee administrative matters and motivate team in order to enhance productivity
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current job role, as and when requested by the management
