Lab Supervisor

- Ensure production batches meet JBS or customer specifications.
- Conduct sampling, test chemical products, and manage test certificates.
- Perform and document full specification tests and prepare test reports.
- Support R&D initiatives and create technical specifications for new products.
- Maintain and update finishing reference leather samples.
- Oversee document control, plant metrology, and calibration.
-Manage and prioritize tasks, organize overtime, and discipline team members as needed.
Implement and maintain LWG standards and conduct Munsell and odor tests.
Introduce customers to in-house testing processes and procedures.
