Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing all formulaion for personal care, testing new raw materials, evaluating raw materials and formulations performance, and try formulations' stability. Support sales team to solve problems for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Keeps himself/herself up-to-date technical knowledge of Personal Care and the market trends associated with Personal Care.
2. Conducts overall laboratory work.
3. Keeps laboratory in good shape at all times and utilizes equipments and materials effectively.
4. Together with
Sales staff to promote new sales project/ application related to Personal care/ Cosmetic product and follow until project ends.
5. Sets up and organizes effective reporting and documentation related to his/ her in charge products.
6. Assists sales staff in recommending the most suitable products to customers.
7. Supports sales staff in the introduction of new products and materials including testing and evaluating product performance.
8. Keeps maximum efforts to maintain Safety Factors and notifies anyone entering the laboratory to observe the Safety Rules.
9. Makes customer visits and coordinates technical output with sales staff.
10.Supports sales staff to solve problems for customers.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and/or Master's Degree would be an advantage
Experience : 3+ years in manufacturing or R&D of personal care production process (skin care, hair care, body care...)
