Mô tả công việc
• As independent entrepreneur representing HCMC Dealership and developing permanent business relations and networks. Within the strategic guidelines issued by the Board responsible for prospering business in the areas of sales and after sales services. Managing employees and controlling business processes. Ensuring that service, quality and safety standards are maintained to develop a customer-oriented, profitable and high turnover sales business in new and used vehicles, accessories, services and further products and services
Key Responsibilities:
1. Representative Tasks
• Represent HCMC dealership and the brand as a whole, both internally and externally
• Develop and foster positive relations with the employees
• Develop and foster positive relations with contacts in the principal
• Develop and foster positive relations with key figures in local community
2. Strategic Planning
• Develop concepts for working on the local market and tap new market opportunities, take strategic specifications into account
• Ensure planning of annual sales and service volume
3. Business Planning
• Draw up the annual plan and annual goals for the dealership and seek approval from GD and BoD.
• Draw up financial liquidity plans for the fiscal year as well as forecasts for the following years
• Define target rate-of-return, quantity, sales and profit goals for the company as a whole and each of its departments
• Ensure for the annual marketing plan to be drawn up
• Ensure for investments in building, technology and HR to be calculated
• Determine budgets and goals for the individual departments
4. Human Resources
• Ensure the optimal allocation of HR resources both in quantity and quality
• Ensure HR development for all employees within the framework of the JLR training program and other supplementary courses
• Ensure a succession and development plan for key positions
• Ensure an appraisal and remuneration system to consider performance oriented scopes
5. Organization
• Guarantee clear assignment of tasks, functions and areas of responsibility, as well as delegate the required competencies to employees and regularly check job descriptions
• Improve efficiency by utilizing IT systems
• Comply with statutory industrial regulations
• Take up suitable insurance for the company
• Authorize checks and balances
6. Sales
• Monitor the profitable sale of new and used vehicles, as well as financial services and accessories
• Establish and develop contacts with decision-makers, as well as approach and advise VIPs and major customers
7. After-Sales Service
• Monitor the profitable sale of workshop services, spare parts, accessories and other services
• Ensure the development and implementation of concepts for increasing customer-orientation and profitability in workshops and the spare parts business
• Ensure JLR after-sales standards are met
8. Customer Satisfaction
• Measure and improve the level of customer satisfaction in sales and after sales; identify issues and potential improvements
• Ensure effective complaints management in all departments and, if necessary, leading customer discussions to special cases
10. Quality Management
• Ensure all defined processes are carried out correctly and that standards are met
• Ensure continuous optimization of all business processes in Sales, Administration, workshops and warehouses

Basics
• Degree in Business Administration or / and profound experience in running automotive business
Experience (type of)
• Minimum five years retail experience in automotive or other areas
Specialized Knowledge
• Representing company
• Market and automotive industry
• Trends and developments on the market, competitors' activities, lobbyists, dealer network structure of own brand and competition
• Marketing/Sales and after sales
• Product knowledge and presentation skills, competitor product knowledge, commercial and legal knowledge, sales conversation
• Detailed knowledge of leadership, staff recruitment, staff appraisal, HR development, knowledge of HR planning, basics of labor law and remuneration
• Basic IT knowledge, dealer management system
• Basics of quality management systems
