Landscape Supervisor - Giám Sát Cảnh Quan

- Performs all duties and responsibilities as directed, on time, according to the predetermined standards.
- To control of the time record of workers every day. Monitor work hours, holiday layout, date and days allowed for appropriate compensation. Check, track staff's progress.
- To maintain all the records for development of trees and send monthly report to Landscape manager
- To look after, check daily and propose solution to improve effectivement of operations.
- To inspect through permitted area to ensure the views, plants is cleaning, green and airy.
- To plan, protect good trees and fresh to re-plant for next time.
- To monitor the tree's status to ensure the trees is grow up properly.
- To instruct to employee how to prune down a tree, water to the plans properly in permitted area to make sure the view of landscape is always airy, the trees is always green as the standards and hotel's procedure.
- To keep informing to manager of there is damages as the standards and hotel's procedure.
- Coordinate with other departments to work in time to meet demand and make plans, technical processes to suit the actual work.
- Directly involved in the implementation of the work to then instruct workers. Provide technical processes of care, planting, maintenance
- Monitor and supervise all activities of the team to adjust timely guidance and report to superiors.
- Management, monitoring and maintenance of tools and machinery.
- Preparation of equipment and tools before going to work and follow-up inspection after finishing work to the repository.
- The work on the construction site: cutting grass, trimming trees, ornamental pruning, planting, fertilizing, spaying, watering, weeding...
