- You have knowledge and experience in Influencer Marketing. Preferably already ran campaigns with influencers but not a must.
- You deeply understand locals and business cultures. Preferably fluent in Portuguese or Spanish, and English.

- You're Passionate - You get excited about influencer relations, social media, and brand marketing

- Develop and manage comprehensive and inspiring influencer campaigns from start to finish in Latin American markets
- Lead outreach and negotiate potential brand ambassador campaigns leveraged across multiple digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube - both Organic and Paid Media)
- Utilize a variety of tools for researching and identifying new influencers
- Build a strong relationship with influencers to retain the growth
- Create influencer tracking parameters and reporting, analyzing the data to make informed decisions
- Utilize and leverage internal and external reporting tools
- Track Influencer organic and paid performance
- Experience in working at a Silicon Valley startup to help scale up a business
