Introduction
We are seeking one receptionist responsible for providing visitor, secretarial, and administrative support.
Responsibility
Welcome visitors and candidates by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answer or refer inquiries;
Assist or direct visitors and candidates by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions;
Maintain security by following procedures;
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls;
Assist the management and other staff as requested;
Replenish necessary items such as noodles, drinks, and medicine daily;
Perform daily checks in the office to ensure smooth operation;
Support the GA team with other related duties as requested.
