Mô tả công việc
• Create a positive and welcoming environment for all members
• Ensure the safety and security of the office and the co-working communities
• Assist & support C-level executive and managers in overseeing the day-to-day
• Assist with move-in and move-out procedures
• Ensure front desk, lobby & public areas are tidy and presentable
• Manage visitor log and generation of badges
• Answer the phone
• Check, sort and forward emails & phone calls
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Monitor office expenses
• Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms
• Schedule appointments for all services in the Business Center
