• ·Assist the Warehouse Managers toensure efficient and quality shipment processing as to provide timely and quality services to our customers
• · Play a key role to motivate both inbound and outbound team through leading, communicating, coaching and making use of First Choice tools like PD
• ·Work and liaise with courier teams and other service centres on daily operations routines
