Mô tả công việc

• Collect data for the project management report and help the project manager to prepare it;
• Review and approve Architectural and ID shop drawings in coordination with MH Design manager and ID design manager;
• Review and approval of all finishing and ID items in coordination with MH Design manager and ID design manager;
• Attend coordination meeting with the Construction manager / Structural Engineer & MEPF to ensure coordinated review and approval of all shop drawings;
• Review contractor's methods of construction in regards to Architectural and ID works and their feasibility;
• During the construction stage, manage the Architectural and ID team;
• Attend site coordination meetings during construction stage;
• Random Quality checks during the construction;
• Control and review contractor's own quality checks;
• Manage architectural works contractor's change requests, verifying that changes are in line with the MH approved specification and maintain record;
• Validate all other change requests;
• Organize and attend inspection prior hand over - write down list of snags
• Ensure that snagging and remedial works are carried out by the main contractors and his subcontractors Obtain as-built documentation for architectural and ID works;
• Provide support for the preparation of contractor's final account statement;
• Attend coordination meeting with MH design team regarding the finishes;
• Check design aspects that could potentially affect the quality, functionality, cost or completion time of the project;
• Ensure consistency of architectural design with structural and M&E design;
• Participate in preparation of detailed time schedule (finishing part);
• Participate partial hand-over to finishing trades.

Yêu cầu

EDUCATION:
• Degree holder of Architecture Engineering
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
• Well versed in local legal, planning and design submission and approval procedure in relation to property development.
• Good command and understanding on principles of Building Construction
EXPERIENCE:
• 10 to 15 years of continuous working experience in the project management preferred in the property development field.
• At least 7 years of which must be with property developer in the capacity of Design Manager or lead Architect.
SKILLS:
• Having good command of CAD.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Well versed technically in understanding project specifications and requirements
• Well versed technically in understanding and reviewing Architectural and ID design and shop drawings.
• Self-motivated and be able to work independently with limited guidance.
• A good team player with exceptional inter-personal skills.
• Strong personality.
• Able to work under stress and taking proper and irrational decisions
• Initiative and be able to identify risks or problems before it actually occurs.
• Resourceful in problem solving and be able to remedy adverse events to mitigate damages.
• General Knowledge in value engineering during review of submittals without affecting the progress
• Previous experience in people's management as team leader.
• Previous experience in engineering management.
