Job description
• Able to design & Build scalable, global, complex systems to solve problems with high-quality software.
• Advanced business communication skills to cooperate effectively with existing and potential clients (consulting, negotiating, effective communication with executives and users)
• Leadership skills (timely communication, effective feedback, conflict resolution, time and work
management)
• Identify, promote, and implement technical trends and innovations.
• Ability to discover/define and prioritize architectural drivers, plan adequate system architecture, present,
and justify it
• Excellent knowledge sharing skills (presenting/writing/conducting workshops/other)
• Shows courage in making challenging decisions with broad and long-term impacts.
• Document architecture and business scope, in writing and drawing
• Work closely with business leads to contribute to business and product strategy
• Greatly influence in technology and tools choice for the team, within the area of expertise.
• Ownership of multiple complex technical solutions with proper documentation
• Develop a deep understanding of business offerings/products and revenue streams.
• Translate the objectives into technical solutions, and visualize projects from beginning to end.
• Lead the works within the data community to create a framework to address large-scale data issues and inconsistencies.
• Communication skills: Can explain the data from a business perspective, and communicate clearly and effectively to cross-functional business partners of varying technical levels. Good data story telling skill
• Technical expert with years of experience and a wide range of knowledge in software/technology and coordinate the project with junior staff members to complete.
