Lead Engineer - Project Management (Manufacturing)

p1. Technical Project Management
• To manage projects independently for Medical production. The technical projects which requested by local production or from global PMO: new product transfer, New / upgrade equipment for production lines as: Injection mold, molding machine, extrusion, assembly machine, packaging machine and die.... Implement life cycle project included: Initiating, planning, monitoring / controlling, and closing the projects with all factors of cost, quality & time according to approved project charter.
• To set up project structure, communication structure, set up and maintain resource needed for project.
• To fulfill all project document as requisition (project charter, schedule by Microsoft project professional, categorization, URS/FS, risk register, investment appraisal & cash out planning, decision matrix, procurement plan, design transfer checklist, plan and report of FAT, SAT, checklists, hand over and project close-out lession [protected info]).
• To provide project information to all functional departments as request
2. Compliant project management
• Responsible for leading global change control and compliant projects implemented in BBVN, coordinate with all stakeholders, department to execute the change controls. Such as change of materials, change equipment, site transfer...
3. PEM IT implementation/ supporting
• Apply PEM bbraun included PEM-IT in project management according to B. Braun standard and support PEM-IT for production projects.
