Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
● Build and lead NAKIVO's global lead generation and field marketing strategy
● Own marketing performance across partner programs, Lunch & Learns, tradeshows, webinars, and face-to-face events
● Transform events into measurable pipeline and revenue-generating activities with clear follow-up processes and accountability
● Develop and execute scalable reseller and distributor marketing programs to acquire new partners and end users
● Manage and mentor marketing managers, SDRs, and lead generation specialists
● Drive alignment between Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Operations teams
● Establish KPI-driven processes for campaign execution, lead follow-up, and pipeline conversion
● Conduct regular standups, 1-on-1 meetings, and performance reviews within the Marketing Department
● Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports and improvement plans to the CEO
● Oversee hiring, organizational development, and compensation planning for the Marketing Department
● Improve marketing accountability, campaign execution quality, and lead conversion effectiveness across all regions
● Own NAKIVO's web marketing strategy - SEO, website conversion, blog/content plans, and organic lead generation
● Oversee localization and regional content adaptation to support global markets
● Direct digital demand generation across paid, organic, email, and social channels

● Fluent English (written and spoken)
● 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in global technology companies
● 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing marketing teams
● Proven success in channel marketing, partner marketing, and lead generation
● Strong experience driving measurable pipeline growth through events, tradeshows, partner campaigns, and field marketing
● Deep understanding of reseller/distributor ecosystems and partner-led growth models
● Strong analytical mindset with expertise in lead funnels, KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and marketing attribution
● Experience managing large marketing budgets and cross-functional initiatives
● Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
● Willingness to work outside regular business hours to support global partners and teams
● Proven leadership across the full marketing mix - web marketing, SEO, content, and digital demand generation
● Experience owning website performance, conversion optimization, and organic growth
Desired Qualifications:
● Experience building scalable lead generation engines in fast-growth technology companies
● Strong understanding of event-driven demand generation and partner enablement
● Experience managing G2, Capterra, review platforms, and digital demand generation campaigns
● Familiarity with SDR management and outbound lead generation strategies
● Experience managing multi-language localization and regional content adaptation
● Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, and paid digital advertising (PPC / paid social)
