Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager (Noodle) to join our team. Under the direction from Group Brand Manager will plan & execute all taks to achieve category growth metrics including but ot limited to Netsales, Market shares, profitability, awareness with smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategic Planning (20%):
• Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, competitors' movements... to identify brand opportunities and issues, understand unmet needs for brand planning
• Build Category short-term & long-term strategy with protfolio strategy, product roadmap, sales/share ambition and new launching strategies
2. Brand Activities Excellence (40%):
• Lead brand planning and execution, strong management for both ATL and BTL activities to ensure excellent execution
• Get closed to customers/ consumers via frequent market visits
• Work well with cross functions to drive sales and build brand
• Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets
• Lead cross functions (supply chain,
purchasing, sales,
trade marketing, manufacturing, R&D) to run the NPD process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam
• Lead packaging and product communication development in collaboration with design teams
• Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies and innovation opportunities
• Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring timely execution and market readiness
• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend adjustments as needed
3. Ensure Smooth Planning & Execution (30%)
• Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the brand.
• Lead cross functions (supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run the NPD process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam.
• Management of PnL and marketing budgets within agreed targets.
• Follow up and control Marketing expenses.
• Continuously check stock, promotion, marketing investment to ensure smooth operation
4. Retain and develop team members (10%):
• Coaching for team members
• Retain talents
1. Education & Professional Background:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major.
2. Experiences & Skills:
• At least 3 year experiences at the same position, within FMCG industry is a big plus
• Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
3. Soft Skills:
• Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good communication skills both written and oral, presentation and negotiation skill
