Mô tả công việc
We are in search of a proactive and resourceful professional with strong commercial skills to join our B2B Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the B2B sales team in securing new customers. You must have the ability to recognize a clear sales opportunity and know how to set an effective pre-sales appointment for our outside sales executives, be creative in reaching the right prospects (comfort level in speaking with company managers and other decision-makers), and demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills while maintaining perseverance and dedication to make a productive volume of calls.
Main Responsibilities:
-Manage the initiation of cold sales and cross-selling of licenses to companies and corporations in Vietnam with high corporate profile.
-Provide assertive communication with prospective customers through phone calls, Mailing strategies, sending business letters, text messages, in person and social networking sites in order to schedule the highest number of effective appointments.
-Follow up on meetings, interviews and contacts made in order to successfully close as many Open English license sales as possible.
-Prepare, structure and deliver corporate contact management reports for Vietnam.
-Maintain constant study and optimization of sales processes and commercial strategies in order to achieve the objectives set.
-Make notes in CRM (Salesforce) reflecting all customer/prospect communications.
-Check email frequently and provide a quality response immediately.
-Keeping abreast of the products, features, and benefits that Open English offers to its customers.
-Constantly researching and calling potential customers to schedule a business visit. Receiving incoming calls (customers from interested companies) and handling them as stipulated by the immediate boss.

Requirements:
-Preferably graduated in careers related to sales or relevant experience to perform the position.
-Previous experience of at least 1 years in the sales area establishing appointments calling medium and large companies.
-Preferably with experience in prospecting (B2B).
-Knowledge and management of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
-Knowledge of office tools, and experience in data entry.
Skills & Abilities:
-Handling objections, and use of resources to help potential customers with their questions.
-High level of professionalism when resolving concerns or following up on scheduled appointments.
-Assertive communication, resilience, organization, motivation.
-High communication skills, demonstrating oral and written proficiency, ability to build a story from the data presented.
