EPAM is hiring a highly skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer experienced in capacity planning, incident management, release management and Hotfix deployment to work hybrid from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You'll lead a growing team to successfully collaborate with multinational teams and contribute to innovative projects that deliver creative and modern solutions.

What You'll Do

Analyze existing practices at client site for operational considerations and suggest improvements based on industry best practices
Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to ensure optimal performance and scalability of systems
Manage incidents and outages, working with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues on time
Oversee release management processes, ensuring that new features and updates are deployed smoothly and efficiently
Manage hotfix deployments to address critical issues and minimize downtime
Implement toil management strategies to reduce manual and repetitive tasks
Create documentation in Confluence to document these processes for a Center of Excellence at the client site
Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success

What You Have

5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
Expertise in capacity planning, incident management, release management, hotfix deployments, toil management and Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency at communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in cloud-based infrastructure and containerization technologies is a plus
Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
