Lead Software Developer (Java/SQL)

As a Senior Developer (with 5+ years developing, and 3yrs+ as senior)
Stellar software development skills - you have a portfolio of existing code, sites and contributions.
Formal experience managing software developers or demonstrable experience mentoring and providing leadership to other developers -able to guide, teach and do.
Strong troubleshooting, tracing and debugging skills,
Experienced and happy to mentor team members
Experience with requirements-management, backlog grooming and leading the development to meet specifications
Having a genuine commitment to getting things done
Utility or CIS/CRM experience is desirable
Technically you will understand and have worked with some (or all):
Strong Java knowledge
Java or Java EE Certified,
Advanced knowledge of typical patterns, core libraries and frameworks.
Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Implementation skills
Working SQL Knowledge
Demonstrably strong skills in Enterprise Java, including ...
Java Application Server technologies, including JSF 2 with Primefaces
Spring and Hibernate
Java messaging (e.g., ActiveMQ)
integration technologies including REST and OpenAPI
You are comfortable working with legacy back-end when needed
Experienced and comfortable with
Eclipse as the main IDE
Working in an Agile environment (we use JIRA)
Current Windows experience and youknow your way around Linux with reasonable scripting skills
