Lead Technical (NODEJS)

We are looking for a Lead Technical (NODEJS) who will report to Manager, Software Development and:
Your role & responsibilities
Build Backend API function based on product requirement (using Nodejs)
Use Kubernetes / Docker to deploy new systems
Apply CI/CD in the development process.
Develop and maintain all server-side network components
Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate backend functionality into the mobile app.
Collaborate on technical solutions and provide expertise in backend development.
Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure the delivery of clean and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews and advocate for continuous integration practices.
Optimize backend systems for scalability, performance, and responsiveness. Identify and address bottlenecks to enhance overall system efficiency.
Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and architecture.
Your skills & qualifications
At least 4 years' experience as a Backend [protected info] developer
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/Typescript
Strong knowledge of [protected info] and and frameworks available for it
Proficiency in using the NestJS/Express framework to build web applications.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and techniques.
Strong ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Experienced with cloud computing (AWS EC2)
Understand fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
Good logical and structural thinking
Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
Good sense for quality, teamwork, and innovation
