Mô tả công việc

Develop ideas, media stories, product messages in line with the company's marketing strategy
Plan long-term & short-term content production, weekly/monthly/quarterly according to the department's framework plan
Write PR articles for the company's brand, products, services, and other activities
Write content (articles, images, videos) of the company's social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, [protected info] communication channels)
Manage website content (updating articles, images, information)
Implement overall Content Marketing campaigns on channels, according to company events/activities/campaigns
Implement advertising content Facebook Ads/Google Ads, SMS, Email Marketing....
Contribute ideas to build fanpage and other communication channels, attract interaction, develop content to create brand coverage on social media.
Measure, evaluate and report the effectiveness of communication across channels.
Coordinate to develop an internal program of activities to enhance team cohesion, promote team performance
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Gender: Male/Female
Age: 26-38 years old
Experience: at least 2-year experience in the same position (experience in the cosmetics industry is preferrable)
Education: University degree or higher major in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Business Administration
Language proficiency: fluent in English skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) (To work with foreign partners)
Skills:
Have great leadership to be a team leader and a team player
Have good knowledge of content management platforms, different social media interfaces (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, forums, and other channels)
Have knowledge, skills, and experience in content marketing & content production for online marketing (Ads, SEO, PR, etc).
To be able to learn, update information and trends in the cosmetics industry
To be able to use image and video processing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, etc.

Salary range: 12-20 million + allowance + bonus
