Leaf Agronomy Officer

This Role is a centralized resource to physically manage investment materials in growing areas in line with company policy and admin work/CSR of Leaf department as well.
The role is responsible for purchasing leaf and ensuring smooth operation at conveyor as well as ensuring yearly receipt volume with OTIF and right quality for GLT production. This role is also accountable for collecting all documentations to release payment for suppliers.
Besides, this role is also in charge of Sustainable Tobacco Program (STP) towards sustainable supply chains.
Investment Materials
 Do the Cross-check on the process of Investment materials in growing areas in term of alignment delivery and to ensure OTIF delivery
 In charge the Materials purchase contracts and Investment Agreement with local suppliers
 Work with internal & external, local authorities and seed suppliers to provide materials timely
Admin
 Monitor the effective usage of leaf pool car
 Perform the smart spending on Leaf Admin activities in line with Overhead and dept claims
 EHS and 5S assurance for leaf team
 Perform team's activities relating to travel policy, staff and other benefits in line with updated version of the Company
 Book air-tickets, rooms for team on biz trips
STP: ensure the compliance for local leaf development
 Prepare STP forms for deployment in growing areas
 Prepare the Governance and action plan for the implementation
 Be in charge of STP reports and activities
 Perform periodical Audits to ensure on-track and timely
 Manage FSM tablets device + Card
Local Green Leaf purchasing
 Manage green leaf purchase at GLT conveyor to ensure smooth operation
 Update the green leaf receipt volume
 Prepare documents for payments.
 Prepare leaf purchasing contracts

 Be involved in Leaf ESG & CSR activities
