Mô tả công việc
o Identifying training and development needs within AGEST Vietnam through job analysis and regular consultation with department managers
o Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs
o Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant needs in an organization
o Building proper training schedules for all trainers
o Conducting training appraisals and measuring the success of training courses o Devising individual learning plans
o Producing training materials for in-house courses
o Managing the delivery of training and development programs
o Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees by using tests, questionnaires and discussions with managers
o Evaluating training and development programs
o Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
o Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups o Supervising the work of trainers
o Keeping a record of all employees' training history
o Implementing and administering the certification programs o Producing training materials and manuals
o Sending a training report system weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
o Performing other duties as assigned.
o Accountable for safeguarding of information security for the responsible operations, in conformity to Company ISMS, customer's requirements and statutory compliances

Yêu cầu
o A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, business administration or equivalent
o 2 years of experience in developing and managing training programs
o Course development and management
Develop training plans
o Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese o Experience in train-the-trainer programs
o Ability to develop assessment programs
o Ability to teach is a plus
o Good typing ability up to speed of 50 WPM.
