Mô tả công việc
Position overview
Learning and Development cum HRPB in Operations will coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate the training needs that enable employees to perform the objectives and support the organization's strategic initiatives. The first and the most of role are about developing and engaging employees, defining, and retaining talents, also perform as Operations HRBP.
Learning & Development and Talent Management (70%)
• Review existing training programs, process to improve/maintain high engagement, learning culture, retention and/or to adapt with the needs of clients, the company's strategy, and market's trends
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
• Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions
• Work with vendors and thirds-party training providers for employee development and training events
• Ensure all training expenses are kept in line with the training budget, adjusting planned expenses/actions in line with changing requirements
• Develop and maintain cooperate and internal HR communications
• Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
• Ensure of conducting and leading all the HR processes in term of Talent Management, Annual Performance Review, Mid-year performance review... in align with Group's guidelines
Operations HRBP (30%)
• Coordinate between HR Experts and factory employees to maintain high engagement, productivity and effectivity
• Consult line managers, provide with HR guidance appropriately
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations in the factory
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Being partner with the HR expertise department as needed/required.
• Work closely with Board of Management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity also retention
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Provide guidance and inputs on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning at the factory

Yêu cầu
Competencies and skills
- Academic/professional qualification Working experience: Over 5 years' experience in learning and Development
- Foreign language ability: Good at English and background accountant are plus but not required
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office skills
- Other skills and knowledge
+ Strong communication skill in both English and Vietnamese
+ Problem solving skill
+ Analytical skills
+ Proactively and Passion for learning, self-development and developing others
- Presentation skill
