Learning & Development Intern Part-Time/Full-Time 2024

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Support the team in all learning and development activities,including:
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and track data, build dashboards, and make learning performance reports.
Employee Communication: Assist employees with inquiries related to training programs and resources.
Administrative Management: Provide administrative services, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Training Programs Support: Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Logistics Coordination: Organize training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and preparing materials.
Qualifications
For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
At least 4 working days per week or full-time in 3-6 months of internship.
Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development.
Having full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
Having experience in organizing (online/offline) trainingactivities and making report.
