Doing yearly training budget
Conduct English Training (basic communication, intermediate vocabulary & fluency) and Soft Skills Training (Sustainability & Zero Waste, Servicing Guests, In-My-Shoes service-based training, Upselling, ...) for Departments.
Identify training and development needs within the resort through training needs analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with other managers.
Ensure statutory training requirements are met.
Plan, develop and organize training sessions and produce appropriate training materials for in-house courses.
Manage the delivery of training and development programs and deliver training in a manner that is easily understandable to trainees and in a way that motivates them.
Continually amend the training and development programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
Work closely with HRD to get feedback and monitor the training progress.
