Mô tả công việc
JOB SUMMARY
- Design and develop learning activities and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and business leaders to drive talent management and leadership development.
- Design tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning, and competency identification to develop leaders to meet the current and future business needs of Hoan My.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Learning Management (Weightages: 40 %)
Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability and competency gaps across business units.
Provide media of learning & coordinate in training programs to ensure learning objectives are met.
Contribute to the establishment of training budget. Monitor the training spend to ensure training and development activities are delivered at optimal cost and highest quality. Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure training ROI
Identify learning providers and manage the evaluation of their quality to ensure learning programs are delivered in a quality standard and at reasonable cost
In coordinating with OD to propose, deploy the E- engagement, E-learning; maintain & deploy the training report.
Propose, deploy and implement the EES, ESS survey & compile reports
Assists in creating communication materials and presentations to support analysis, implementation of programs, or process updates
Seek for opportunities to improve the learning platform & system.
2. Talent Development (Weightages: 40 %)
In coordinate with Head, Organizational Development in performance management, succession planning, talent assessment in terms of data analysis & framework building.
Manage TDM of the Group and coordinate with Hospital's HRMs to implement the TDM from identification, classification, development, retention & transition.
Recommend and develop HR initiatives and mechanisms to address people development issues
Build a learning organization by developing programs, campaigns, tools, and processes to support and drive the company's culture.
Assist Organization Development on designing roles for talent and leader development
Develop and / or refine career paths for clinical and non-clinical positions
Coordinate with OD to refine competencies for positions at HMC, hospitals & clinics
Coordinate with TA on developing and / or refining selection criteria based on competencies
Coordinate with OD to conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools.
Design and implement a 360 feedback protocol for leaders at HMC, hospitals & clinics
Design, implement and analyze surveys to assess leader effectiveness and capture best practices
Coordinate with TA for implement employer branding and engagement activity.

Yêu cầu
Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor or master in HR, I/O psychology, economics, or business administration
- 8-10 years of experience in the HR field and L&D is must. If have experience in L&D of Hospital or Group structure will be advantage
Skills:
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Training & presentation skills
- Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Results and people-oriented
- Ability to work interdependent and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good conceptual and problem-solving thinking ability
