Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Executive / Customer Relations role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves managing inquiries from prospective clients, presenting available office spaces, and explaining leasing options and terms.
The Leasing
Executive / Customer Relations team member will prepare and process lease documentation, maintain accurate lease records, and support lease administration activities. Daily tasks include conducting market research on co-working trends and competitor offerings, building strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, handling customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth tenant experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Leasing and Leases for co-working or office space environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration to manage agreements and documentation effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze local demand, competitor offerings, and pricing trends.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools).
Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within a small, dynamic team.
Previous experience in real estate, co-working spaces, or hospitality leasing is an advantage.
