Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Executive.
+ Main function: Implement the commercial leasing activities for new projects and current malls; proactively fill up all vacant areas with suitable tenants to achieve 100% target of the project in order to contribute to mall development
+ Work location: HCM Head Office - 15th Floor, LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
+ Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
+ Report to: Senior Executive/ Deputy Manager
1. Implement leasing smoothly as per team leader's allocation and well update knowledge about retail market through survey and analysis to ensure sub-team can fulfill leasing work as target (30%);
2. Proactively explore new tenant's interest to increase database and select suitable ones to ensure best tenancy mix and profitable for the shopping mall (15%);
3. Execute and manage staff for successful negotiation as schedule to both achieve best profit for company and establish relationship with tenants (15%);
4. Prepare and deliver accurate and professional leasing documents/ procedure/ reports (15%);
5. Analyze performance of current malls, survey competitors, update retail market trend to propose improvement plan for current malls and new ideas for future mall development (10%);
6. Support timely for required tasks of related section and execute properly general work of Leasing team to ensure the smooth operation of whole department (10%);
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Having 3-5 years of working experience in relevant fields such as Leasing, Real Estate, Retail, or Sales/
Business Development is required.
3. Smooth verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
4. Sufficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Have good negotiation and persuading skill.
6. Have teamwork and effective task management skills.
7. Be honest, careful, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
