Leasing Executive

JOB SUMMARY:
Plan and implement office space rental search at Serepok 56 Nguyen Dinh Chieu. Key tasks include:
● Receive tenant information, search for tenants;
● Advise tenants on Serepok's services;
● Draft and review contracts and assist in tenant handover;
● Work with potential tenants to convert them into actual customers and achieve a high success rate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Ensure optimal occupancy rates of rental products according to set goals;
● Ensure that leasing strategy and policies are implemented rigorously;
● Approach and position the market to obtain useful information to maximize customer portfolio and maximize tenant quality;
● Build and maintain good relationships with tenants to support and address issues related to contract extensions or renewals;
● Create accurate customer profiles and databases for each tenant to support information retrieval and ensure reasonable customer care;
● Receive tenant information, search for tenants;
● Advise tenants on Serepok's services;
● Present and guide tenants on office tours to introduce Serepok's products;
● Collaborate with relevant parties in adjusting the design and construction of requested tenant spaces;
● Work with tenants in drafting the transition from contract signing to handover, repairs, and operations;
● Contribute ideas to build, improve, and develop products and services;
● Work with brokerage partners in the sales process, draft brokerage contracts, etc.;
● Report monthly job results direct manager;
● Plan and implement events for tenants;
● Build and maintain sales channels;
● Other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
