- Litigation Legal Assistant
Assist Senior Associate in drafting legal documents;
Conduct in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing disputes;
Communicate and coordinate directly with relevant authorities and institutions involved in legal proceedings, including the Police, Procuracy, Courts, and Arbitration Centers;
Other legal work shall also be assigned to you appropriately depending on your workload and working capacity.
- Family Legal Assistant
Provide high‐quality legal and administrative support to Senior Associates and Legal Executives in the Family Law team, across a broad range of matters including divorce, child custody, property division, domestic violence and adoption.
Coordinate with courts, authorities and third‐party service providers for filing, service, hearing arrangements and other procedural steps, and track key dates, hearings and deliverables.
Conduct targeted legal and factual research on family law and civil procedure issues, and prepare concise research summaries and chronologies for review by supervising lawyers.
Collaborate proactively with other practice groups and business services teams to ensure seamless client service in sensitive and high‐stakes family law matters.
Yêu cầu
Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor of Laws or higher; priority will be given to candidates holding a Legal Practicing Certificate;
Fluency in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent);
Strong ability to work with AI-powered systems;
Logical thinking, a sharp mind, and flexibility;
Proactive, honest, and meticulous, with a professional working attitude and a high sense of responsibility.
Teamwork (the ability to be a useful member of a team).
